The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in Scottsdale, January 26-29. Please note the new pattern: the 2026 Annual Meeting begins on Monday and ends on Thursday.

As the forecast for a major winter storm takes shape, NAPA leadership has reviewed plans for our Annual Meeting in Scottsdale, AZ – set to begin on Sunday, January 25, with our Annual Golf Tournament. The meeting will proceed as scheduled – although we are preparing for travel disruptions.
As always, your safety is our top priority. If you are in or near the forecasted path of the storm, we encourage you to make the decision that feels safest for you.

NAPA 2026 Annual Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted by email to Registration @ AsphaltPavement.org. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing.
Meeting Registration
The registration fee, less 15% administrative fee, will be refunded for cancellations made on or before December 22. After that date, no refunds will be granted; however, substitutions are permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to Registration @ AsphaltPavement.org.
