Amberly Brislin
As Program Manager for the Asphalt Pavement Alliance (APA), Amberly plays an integral role in advancing the organization’s strategic priorities across marketing, collaboration, and education. In this role, she supports the Executive Director and Technical Director in managing key programs and initiatives, fosters engagement with industry partners and stakeholders, and helps elevate APA’s visibility through coordinated outreach and communications. Amberly contributes to the planning and execution of national events, campaigns, and educational webinars that promote asphalt pavements as the material of choice, strengthening collaboration across the industry.
Experience
Prior to joining NAPA, Amberly led high-visibility communications and marketing efforts for a professional association, developing and executing campaigns that increased engagement, strengthened stakeholder education, and expanded national visibility. She leverages a strategic, results-driven approach to program development and cross-functional collaboration. Amberly lives in Kentucky (Go CATS) with her husband and their two dogs, Hawk and Polly. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, running, and cheering on Kentucky basketball.
