Jack’s background sits at the intersection of communications and public policy. He specializes in distilling complex issues into concise, effective messaging that drives engagement and action. Prior to joining NAPA in 2026, Jack worked at the American Council on Education, where he drove public affairs efforts on federal higher education policy. His commitment to mission-driven advocacy is rooted in his four years as a middle school teacher.
