It can be a challenge to run an asphalt operation and stay abreast of changing regulations. That's why NAPA is here to help.

We monitor federal regulatory issues that could affect the asphalt pavement industry and even assist the State Asphalt Pavement Associations at the state level. Acting as an information clearinghouse, NAPA counsels members on environmental, health, and safety compliance concerns and questions. NAPA's Environmental Committee and Health and Safety Committee implement NAPA's regulatory policy priorities that affect the industry's day-to-day operations.
